Liberty Cheer All-Stars

Update November 11, 2020

Due to the rising numbers of COVID-19 cases in Ellis county, at schools and the proximity of athletes on our All-Star teams we have updated our mask requirements. All cheer teams will be required to wear their mask during their practices due to the close proximity. We ask that all our customers follow our COVID-19 guidelines, social distance and adhere to the mask policy upon entering, while in our facility and exiting. If local, state and/or national mandates change we will also follow those guidelines and update ours accordingly. We know this is not an ideal situation but ask that everyone understands this requirement.

We have several coaches, athletes and family members who have underlying health conditions and we cannot take any risks with any of these people we all love with the rising numbers of COVID-19!

Good Afternoon Liberty Family,

Our staff is excited to announce that we will be opening our upstairs viewing room starting in September for spectators . We have created a viewing schedule for all our teams and other services. Please see the schedule below for the dates that the viewing room is open.

Parents Viewing Room Is Now Open!

**During this time the main gym will only be accessible to athletes and staff. Spectators will be redirected and asked to view from the upstairs viewing rooms .

Starting 8/31 - Recreational class athletes ages 5yrs and under can have 1 spectator per athlete

Starting 9/8- Recreational classes & private lessons can have 1 spectator per athlete

Starting 9/20 - Cheer & gymnastics teams may have 1 spectator per athlete on their teams scheduled viewing days

( *Cheer & Gymnastics Teams- your viewing schedule will be sent to you in a separate email.)

Liberty Families,

We would like to thank everyone for your continued support & understanding during this time. A reopening transition model for each phase has been created by our staff. This is to ensure that we are providing our customers and staff a safe and healthy environment.We will continue to follow all local government and CDC recommendations.

Liberty Guidelines:

Athletes Face Mask/Covering Is Required ( *This does not apply any persons younger than 10yrs)
No Contact Temperature Checks
No Spectators During This Time

(Athletes Under 5yr: One parent can stay & follow gym entrance procedures)

Cubbies & Locker Rooms: Closed
Water Fountain: Closed (Please bring water bottle labeled with athlete’s name)
No Food or Drinks
Payments & Scheduling: Online only through the parent portal

Daily Health Screening Of Liberty Employees & Face Mask/Covering Required

COVID 19- Sign & Symptoms:

- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Chills
- Repeated shaking with chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19

(*Please stay home : If you HAVE experienced one or more of the above symptoms listed above within the past 14 days or HAVE had known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19 within the last 14 days.)

Athlete Drop Off Procedure:

Location: Under Front Entrance Awning

Passenger door should be facing gym entry doors
Please log on to the Liberty iclass parent portal prior to drop off & update your athletes account. This will help speed up the athlete drop off procedure.

Parents will drive up to the front entrance awning and be met by a Liberty staff member. At this time, you may be asked to update portions of your account before the athlete exits the vehicle. After your account is updated you will be given a car line ID card for your athlete. Please place this on your dashboard upon pick up. (Athletes who drive can check themselves in at the front entrance.)

*Athletes: please stay inside your vehicle until the staff member approaches.

Athletes must leave personal belongings in their vehicle. They can bring in a water bottle only (please ensure its clearly labeled with your name). At this time, our cubbies and locker rooms will be closed.

After exiting the vehicle athletes will need to sanitize their hands & have the bottoms of their shoes sanitized. They will also need to visit the restroom to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds with soap & water before the entering the gym.

Athlete Pick Up Procedure:

Location: Under Front Entrance Awning

Passenger door should be facing gym entry doors

Parents pull under the front entrance awning to be greeted by Liberty Staff. Please place your athlete’s car line ID card on the front dashboard of your vehicle.

Athletes will wait inside the gym on indicated social distance areas until pick up. Athletes will exit the gym to get into their parents’ vehicle as their name is called.
